The Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) – a Government of Gujarat organisation and JBS Academy Pvt. Ltd. (JBSAPL) have partnered for creating awareness on skill development activities for the budding youth of Dhrangadhra and Ahmedabad focussing on the youth desiring to have employment through Skill Development in Logistics and other employable education sectors and also providing them gainful employment in the sector.
With the financial support from CED, the Academy has conducted two Awareness Seminars at Dhrangadhra and Ahmedabad on 26th and 31st December 2018.

Shri D. D. Padhiyar, President Dhrangadhra Nagarpalika, Shri Ashok Kumar, Registrar, TeamLease Skills University, Vadodara and Shri Alpesh Gajjar, Project Leader, CED jointly inaugurated the Skill Upgradation Centre allotted to JBSAPL by CED and addressed the first Awareness Seminar.
Shri Padhiyar wished the Academy all the success in operating the SUC. Shri Ashok Kumar while sharing his experiences of operating an SUC at Kalol gave detailed overview of the possible skill development activities which can be carried out by the Academy at Dhrangadhra. He also mentioned about the current graduation and post graduation courses run by the University at their campus at Vadodara.
Shri Kumar graciously offered all assistance to the Academy for their latest venture. Shri Alpesh Gajjar, Project Leader, CED briefed about various schemes of CED and called upon the participants present to take full benefit of the Government initiatives towards skill development activities.

Second Awareness Seminar was organised on 31st December 2018 at the Academy at Ahmedabad. Shri Pinakin Pandya and Shri Babu Ezhumavil, Senior Faculty Members of the Academy addressed the participants and provided a detailed overview of the Logistics Industry, the available job opportunities and the growth of the individual and the industry as a whole.
Both the distinguished speakers called upon the youth and students to take full benefit of the prospects and build their career.
