The Greater Noida Authority has launched a Rs 5,000 crore Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Sector Kappa 2, Dadri, strategically positioned near the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar. Spread over 174 acres, the site will be offered at Rs 11,000 per square metre under a one-month online land allotment scheme that began Friday.

The project will address the National Capital Region’s logistics needs while enhancing industrial competitiveness and generating thousands of jobs. The logistics park is expected to play a critical role in India’s cargo movement infrastructure, leveraging its proximity to both the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors and the 250-acre Inland Container Depot (ICD) operated by Concor.

Officials anticipate the MMLP will generate around 15,000 jobs and attract major investments. Key features of the park include integrated road, rail, and air connectivity, cargo yards, cold-storage-enabled automated warehouses, terminals for bulk and break-bulk cargo, and bonded and non-bonded warehousing.

The park will also house customs clearance facilities and offer workforce training in logistics technologies and digital cargo handling. Applicants for land allotment must commit at least Rs 1,200 crore in investment (excluding land cost) and demonstrate over a decade of logistics experience, particularly with ICDs or rail-linked terminals.

Allotment will be based on a scoring system evaluating investment plans and experience, with shortlisted parties invited for presentations. In case of a tie, final selections will be made through a draw. The project falls under the Uttar Pradesh Multi-Modal Logistics Park Policy 2024, which offers incentives to qualified investors. Designed to support end-to-end cargo management, the MMLP is positioned as a key link in building India’s future-ready logistics ecosystem.
