Adani Gangavaram Port Limited (AGPL), India’s deepest and among the most advanced ports, has set a new operational record by handling 66 vessels in August 2025, its highest ever in a single month. This surpasses the previous benchmark of 61 vessels achieved in January 2024.

The milestone was made possible through enhanced scheduling, meticulous planning, and seamless coordination between marine, logistics, and terminal teams. Continuous 24×7 operations, backed by a strong customer-centric approach, enabled faster turnaround times and smoother cargo flows.

Handling a diverse mix of container, bulk, and break-bulk cargo, AGPL continues to reinforce its position as a vital maritime gateway on India’s east coast.“This record-breaking achievement is a reflection of the dedication and efficiency of our entire team,” the management said, reaffirming the port’s commitment to sustainable, integrated, and future-ready operations.
