The Adani Group has commenced construction of its first logistics park in Kerala, marking a major step in strengthening the state’s industrial and trade ecosystem. The foundation stone was laid in Kalamassery, Kochi, in the presence of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Ashwani Gupta, Whole-Time Director and CEO of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. (APSEZ).

Spread across 70 acres and covering 1.3 million sq. ft., the ₹600-crore Adani Logistics Park will generate around 1,500 jobs and provide strong supply chain support to local small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Developed under the Invest in Kerala programme, the park will feature zero-touch digital processes—from gate entry to invoicing—ensuring real-time visibility and efficiency across supply chains. E-commerce giant Flipkart has already partnered with the facility.

The Kochi facility will be part of APSEZ’s fast-growing logistics footprint, which already spans 21 industrial parks across India. The company plans to expand to 30 parks with 20 million sq. ft. of capacity by 2030. Positioning the project within the group’s multimodal ecosystem in Kerala, which includes the Vizhinjam International Seaport and Trivandrum International Airport.
