Adani Ports acquires Dependencia Logistics for ₹37.77 crore

Dependencia, incorporated in February 2022 to provide transportation and logistics services, is yet to commence operations. APSEZ said the acquisition aims to strengthen and expand its logistics business.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) announced that its step-down subsidiary, Mandhata Build Estate, has signed a share purchase agreement with Windson Projects LLP to acquire a 100% stake in Dependencia Logistics for ₹37.77 crore.

Dependencia, incorporated in February 2022 to provide transportation and logistics services, is yet to commence operations. APSEZ said the acquisition aims to strengthen and expand its logistics business.

APSEZ, India’s largest private port operator, manages 15 domestic ports and terminals, with additional operations at four international locations. Beyond ports, the company operates an extensive logistics network and provides a range of marine services across its own and third-party terminals.
