EBITDA rises 94.1% QoQ to ₹33 crore; LCL volumes grow 4.9% QoQ as Company maintains focus on yield and cost management
Allcargo Global Limited, International logistics and supply chain business of the Allcargo Group, and world’s largest LCL consolidator, today announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is the Company’s first quarterly result following its listing on the BSE and NSE on July 3, 2026, marking an important milestone in the completion of the Group’s restructuring and demerger journey.
- On a consolidated basis, Q1 FY27 revenue stood at ₹3,522 crore, registering a 20.8% sequential growth over ₹2,915 crore in Q4 FY26.
- EBITDA increased 94.1% QoQ to ₹33 crore, compared with ₹17 crore in Q4 FY26, supported by the Company’s continued focus on cost management, yield improvement and operational efficiencies.
- In line with the improved trade environment, LCL volumes grew 4.9% over the previous quarter, while FCL and Air volumes grew by 1.2% and 4.8%, respectively.
- The improvement in volumes, together with continued yield management initiatives, supported the Company’s sequential improvement in revenue and EBITDA.
The quarter marks the beginning of a new phase for Allcargo Global as an independently listed company with a sharper focus on its international logistics and supply chain business. The completed restructuring provides greater strategic clarity and enables the Company to focus on its resources and capital allocation towards building a stronger global logistics company and creating sustainable long-term value.
