CJ Darcl Logistics partners with Flipkart and Ekart to launch 80,000 sq ft cross-dock hub in Haryana

CJ Darcl Logistics has collaborated with e-commerce giant Flipkart and its supply chain arm Ekart to establish a state-of-the-art 80,000-square-foot cross-dock hub in Farrukhnagar, Haryana. The facility is designed to optimize supply chain velocity, minimize inventory storage time, and enhance delivery efficiency for the region’s expanding e-commerce market, supporting Flipkart and Ekart’s end-to-end fulfilment operations.

The strategic location connects major industrial hubs and northern consumer markets, while the cross-dock mechanism streamlines logistics by shifting incoming goods directly to outbound trucks with minimal to no storage time, drastically reducing fulfilment turnaround times for Flipkart and Ekart shipments.

With a growing warehousing footprint of 22 warehouses spanning 2.78 million sq ft in FY25-26, CJ Darcl brings extensive experience in managing large-scale and complex warehousing operations. Its capabilities span cross-docking, inventory management, order fulfilment, barcode-enabled operations, WMS/TMS integration, intra-facility automation, kitting, labelling, bundling and customised packaging.

The new cross-dock hub will further strengthen shipment connectivity and operational efficiency, enabling seamless movement across the network while supporting the scale and complexity of e-commerce fulfilment.
