CONCOR Handles First ISO Container Train at Mandalgarh MMLP

CONCOR has marked a key milestone at its Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal-linked Multimodal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Mandalgarh with the successful placement of the first ISO container train. This achievement underscores the park’s growing role as an integrated hub for rail-led freight movement under the PM Gati Shakti framework, enhancing multimodal connectivity and supporting faster, more efficient cargo flows for customers across the region.

The new movement is expected to significantly enhance rail-based freight options for Bhilwara and surrounding industrial clusters by offering faster, more cost-efficient cargo evacuation and aggregation under the PM Gati Shakti framework. By integrating the MMLP with Indian Railways, the terminal strengthens first-and-last-mile connectivity for both EXIM and domestic cargo, positioning Mandalgarh as an emerging logistics hub in Rajasthan’s hinterland.
