For 2015-16, DCI earned a profit after tax of Rs.7967 lakhs which is the highest in the last eight years. The turnover of the Company for the year is Rs.67622 lakhs. The earnings per share of the company for the year is Rs.28.45. The Company inspite of facing with stiff competition from both within the country and outside the country has been able to improve its efficiency levels which has helped the company in earning good profits. The Company has executed works at ports/ projects at Kolkata / Haldia, Murmugao, Visakhapatnam, Cochin, Ennore, Dhabol, Chennai during the year.
