In a major boost to rail-led logistics, CONCOR has successfully moved Double Stack Container Trains on DFC from JNPA to CONCOR MMLP Dadri (Delhi-NCR), MMLP Khatuwas (Rajasthan) , and Varnama (Gujraat), demonstrating the strength, efficiency, and readiness of this transformative service. Now, Double Stack Container Train service is available with CONCOR from MMLP Dadri, MMLP Khatuwas, and Varnama to JNPT directly and vice versa, along with extended connectivity from JNPT to key inland destinations such as Tughlakabad and Ludhiana (via Khatuwas), Moradabad (via Dadri), and Indore (Tihi) (via Varnama), among several other route combinations—enabling faster evacuation of import/export containers, sharply reducing cargo dwell time, improving rake turnaround, and significantly enhancing rail coefficient for a more efficient and reliable supply chain. With minimized port detention, predictable transit, and reduced dependency on road transport, this marks a decisive shift in cargo movement dynamics. Now it is the time to beat port congestion with CONCOR. More than a milestone—it is the future of India’s freight movement.
