Goodrich Shipping & Logistics is set to introduce the RSX1 Red Sea service, deploying a single 720 TEU vessel with calls at Jeddah, Port Sudan, Djibouti, and Jebel Ali, according to Saudi Arabia’s port authority Mawani.
The initiative supports Saudi Arabia’s National Transport and Logistics Strategy, which aims to position the Kingdom as a global logistics hub connecting Asia, Africa, and Europe. The RSX1 service is expected to strengthen Saudi ports’ competitiveness, expand maritime connectivity, enhance operational efficiency, and boost national exports.
