December 4, 2020: China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) has begun the fifth phase of expansion process for Jaya Container Terminal. CHEC will design and build a 120 meter wharf to support Jaya Container Terminal auxiliary facility. The expansion is expected to take 20 months and will increase the terminal area by 4 hectares.
