New 50,000 sq. ft. facility dedicated to a global beverage brand strengthens Western India distribution network; KSH Integrated Logistics targets 500,000 sq. ft. capacity in Bhiwandi by year-end.

 KSH Integrated Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (KILPL), one of India’s leading integrated supply chain solutions providers, has launched its third fully-compliant warehouse facility in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, adding 50,000 sq. ft. of space dedicated to serving one of the world’s leading FMCG beverage brands. 

The expansion brings KILPL’s total Bhiwandi footprint to 250,000 sq. ft. and marks a decisive milestone toward its target of exceeding 500,000 sq. ft. of operational capacity in the region within the year.

Scaling capacity to match rising demand

The newly launched facility has been developed to address the rising demand and evolving operational requirements of its global FMCG client. As consumption patterns accelerate and distribution cycles tighten, the expansion strengthens the company’s ability to deliver speed, flexibility, and uninterrupted service continuity.

The move is part of KILPL’s broader strategy to build scalable, high-performance logistics infrastructure across key growth sectors, including Automotive, Industrial, FMCG, FMCD, Quick Commerce, Chemical, and Apparel.

Bhiwandi continues to be one of India’s most vital logistics corridors, and KILPL’s new facility is positioned to leverage its full connectivity advantage. Designed for 24/7 operations, the facility handles high inbound and outbound volumes with a targeted truck turnaround time of approximately one hour. Operational capabilities include specialized cold beverage logistics alongside a full suite of value-added services, such as packing, repacking, palletization, and shrink-wrapping.

Technology-led supply chain performance

The facility runs on a robust digital backbone, including SAP-integrated systems for GRN processing and invoicing, and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) enabling real-time inventory tracking, dynamic location mapping, and value-added service monitoring. This technology layer ensures visibility, accuracy, and responsiveness across the supply chain.
