By joining the Silicon Saxony high-tech network, the biggest confederation of businesses in Europe’s microelectronics, semiconductor, and information technology sectors, Lufthansa Cargo hopes to expand its technology shipment business. It is anticipated that the membership would assist Lufthansa Cargo in strengthening its collaboration with important supply chain participants in these sectors. In order to better understand industry requirements and advance the development of specialized airfreight solutions for time-sensitive and high-tech items, active involvement in working groups, industry events, and expert forums is recommended.

With its headquarters in Dresden, Germany, Silicon Saxony unites more than 600 participants, including research institutes, start-ups, and global technology firms.
