Mundra Port RORO team sets new record with 5,612 cars loaded in under 40 hours

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. (APSEZ) has achieved yet another milestone in automotive logistics, with its Roll-on/Roll-off (RORO) operations at Mundra Port setting a new record for vehicle loading. On September 26, 2025, the Mundra RORO team successfully loaded 5,612 cars onto a single vessel in just under 40 hours—surpassing its own previous record of 5,405 cars established in June 2022.

Remarkably, this latest achievement was executed with the same 141 Ground Handling Resources (GHRs), underscoring the team’s consistent efficiency, precision, and ability to optimize resources. The accomplishment highlights Mundra Port’s capability to handle large-scale automotive cargo while maintaining high operational standards.
