The New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPA), along with key port-led industries, will participate in India Maritime Week (IMW) 2025, scheduled from October 27 to 31 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai.
Recognised as one of India’s premier maritime platforms, IMW 2025 will bring together global leaders, innovators, policymakers, technology developers, and investors to explore the future of maritime trade, sustainability, digitalisation, and coastal economic growth.
NMPA will be joined by prominent partners including MRPL, HPCL, NTCPWC, and NITK, among others, to represent Karnataka’s growing maritime ecosystem. The five-day event will feature thematic sessions, CEO roundtables, technology showcases, policy dialogues, and strategic networking opportunities designed to drive India’s vision for a robust Blue Economy.
As the Platinum Sponsor of IMW 2025, NMPA will take centre stage in promoting Karnataka’s maritime strengths, sustainable port infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. The port authority will also spotlight upcoming investment prospects, with Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth around ₹53,000 crore expected to be signed during the event.
Through its participation, NMPA aims to position Mangalore and Karnataka as key contributors to India’s evolving maritime and logistics landscape.
