[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Railways loaded an all-time July high 94.09 million tonnes of freight in July 2017, 4.75 million tonnes more than in the same month last year, it is learnt. Besides, for the first four months of the fiscal (April-July), the freight loaded came up to 375.32 million tonnes, comparatively nearly 15 million tonnes more.
Commodity-wise, there was an increase in the carriage of steel, iron ore, cement, containers, POL as well as other commodities this July compared to the last year.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
