Ritco Logistics has commissioned a state-of-the-art 25,000 sq. ft dedicated polypropylene warehouse at Kheda in Gujarat, strengthening the state’s emerging polymer corridor along the busy Mumbai–Delhi Highway. Designed as a high-velocity node for one of India’s largest polypropylene manufacturers, the 35,000 sq. ft facility combines specialised storage, fleet access and process controls to meet the sector’s zero-tolerance for delays and handling errors.

The warehouse is fully covered and temperature-controlled to protect cargo from heat and weather variations, with 12 loading and unloading docks, in-house forklifts and material handling equipment to support rapid, damage-free operations. Of the total space, 25,000 sq. ft has already been taken up by a marquee polypropylene client, while the remaining 10,000 sq. ft is immediately available for new customers looking for plug-and-play capacity on the corridor.

Ritco has deployed 40-foot vehicle access to cut turnaround times, backed by trained on-ground teams, fire-proof construction, advanced sprinkler systems and insulated roofing to keep safety and uptime at the core of the design. The site also offers 24×7 security and monitoring, along with planned parking and circulation areas to avoid congestion during peak traffic hours.

“In logistics, especially for polymers, it’s all about flow—uninterrupted inbound, outbound, and everything in between,” said Dr. Rajesh M Mudaliar, Chief Business Officer, Ritco Logistics. He added that the smart layout eliminates cross-congestion while maintaining precise inventory control across 10 active SKUs, and that the Kheda facility is “not just about floor space; it’s about reshaping what a manufacturer can expect from their logistics partner in terms of speed and reliability.”
