Sunil Nair, former CEO and Whole-Time Director of Snowman Logistics, has joined hands with the founding team of Food Service Network (FSN) to co-lead the company’s long-term strategy and growth agenda. Bringing over three decades of domain expertise and a visionary approach to supply chain transformation, Sunil will play a pivotal role in FSN’s ambitions to scale its aggregated sourcing model, strengthen category-led operations, and expand its international footprint. He assumes a leadership role as the Managing Director of FSN.
Widely recognized for transforming Snowman Logistics into a market leader, Sunil was instrumental in developing 5PL capabilities and entering high-growth verticals such as QSR, pharmaceuticals, and modern retail. Under his leadership, Snowman forged strategic partnerships with global brands including IKEA and Tim Hortons, while accelerating digital transformation across its network. During his tenure, Snowman’s revenue surged from ₹192 crore in FY 2017–18 to ₹503 crore in FY 2023–24, with EBITDA more than doubling from ₹48 crore to ₹108 crore.
FSN currently delivers end-to-end food supply chain solutions to marquee brands such as Burger King, KFC, PepsiCo, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Rebel Foods, McDonald’s, Amazon Fresh, Cream Bell, and Third Wave Coffee. With core capabilities in AI-driven demand planning, intelligent procurement, tech-enabled warehousing, multimodal transportation, and cross-border trade, FSN serves over 5,000 outlets across 280+ cities in India, supported by a fleet of 400+ temperature-controlled vehicles. Following its recent expansion into Indonesia, FSN has emerged as India’s only food logistics platform with an international presence.
