TVS Infrastructure Trust inaugurated the expanded phase of its flagship Tarkeshwar Industrial & Logistics Park at Visakhapatnam (Vizag), part of Andhra Pradesh on 11th November 2025. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu virtually inaugurated the facility at an event set up by the district administration at APIIC Industrial Park in Peda Gantyada. The facility is spread over 17 acres at Gurrampalem with an investment of approximately ₹250 crore and is expected to generate over 1,000 jobs.
Strategically located, the built-to-suit industrial facility lies along the Anakapalle Anandapuram Expressway (NH-16) and offers direct access to Visakhapatnam Port ensuring smooth multimodal access for regional connectivity. It is designed to cater to the increasing demand for Grade A logistics parks in the region. The land for this project was allocated by the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (APIIC), which facilitated land acquisition and fast-tracked approvals. The project is managed by TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks (TVS ILP), India’s pioneering developer of Grade A warehousing and industrial infrastructure.
During the virtual launch, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister highlighted the state’s vision of ‘One Family, One Entrepreneur’, which aims to create ‘one entrepreneur’ from every family.
Speaking about the Vizag facility, Dr. Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director, TVS ILP, said, “Andhra Pradesh’s strategic location and growing industrial ecosystem make it one of the most attractive destinations for infrastructure-led investments in India. Visakhapatnam, with its multi-modal connectivity, port infrastructure, and proximity to major manufacturing clusters, plays a pivotal role in driving this growth. The facility at Vizag is designed to meet the evolving needs of modern occupiers—offering scalable, sustainable, and compliant infrastructure that supports sectors such as automotive, FMCG, manufacturing and e commerce. It is well-positioned to attract both domestic and global companies seeking high-quality space in the region.”
