A.R.S. Terminals (India) Private Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) to construct a Container Freight Station (CFS) at Kandla Port, Gujarat. The project will involve a planned investment of Rs 25 crore, targeting a subsequent revenue collection of Rs 175 crore to Rs 200 crore, according to the company.

Accuracy Shipping re-acquired control of A.R.S. Terminals through a share subscription of Rs 4.99 crore, completed following board approval on March 29, 2026. The parent entity, Accuracy Shipping, reported a turnaround in FY25, with consolidated operations generating Rs 946.1 crore in revenues, a 33% year-on-year increase.

A.R.S. Terminals was previously divested by Accuracy Shipping in March 2023, when the subsidiary generated zero revenue. Following the promoter consolidation buyback in March 2026, the unit has been transformed into an infrastructure development hub with an intended Rs 25 crore asset layout.

The CBIC Letter of Intent marks a regulatory milestone for A.R.S. Terminals, establishing port-adjacent warehousing capabilities to enhance Custom House Agent (CHA) and multimodal cargo clearance operations at Kandla. The facility is aimed at achieving high asset-turnover ratios, targeting Rs 175 crore to Rs 200 crore in projected revenues against the Rs 25 crore infrastructure layout.

In March 2026, Accuracy Shipping had initiated a broader consolidation, acquiring a 99.80% stake in A.R.S. Terminals for Rs 4.99 crore and a 52% stake in A.R.S. Liners for Rs 6.51 crore, bringing various logistics operations under the listed parent company.
