Aegis Logistics has established a Singapore-based subsidiary to undertake storage, terminal operations and related logistics activities, while also investing in companies operating in these sectors.

The new entity, Aegis Logistics International Pte Ltd, was incorporated on 25 September 2026 through Eastern India LPG Company Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aegis Logistics. Eastern India LPG Company holds its entire shareholding, making the Singapore entity an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the listed Indian company.

Business scope includes logistics investments

Alongside storage and terminal services, the company’s stated business scope covers associated logistics operations and investments in businesses engaged in these activities.

Aegis Logistics International has been incorporated with an initial share capital of US$1. It had not commenced operations at the time of the announcement and consequently had no turnover to report. The incorporation establishes a new corporate entity, with operational activity yet to begin.
