Allcargo Group Announces Board Restructuring

Allcargo Group has recently completed its multi-year restructuring journey with the listing of Allcargo Global last month. The Group now comprises four independent listed companies, each with an independent Board, management team, and distinct Chairperson and Managing Director. As the Group’s Founder and Chairman, Mr. Shashi Kiran Shetty has guided the Group through this transformation and will continue to drive governance and growth across its businesses with his wisdom, experience, and strategic insights.

Following the listing of Allcargo Global, where Mr. Shetty serves as the Chairman, he has now stepped down from the Board of Allcargo Logistics Limited, enabling the Company to have a distinct Chairman in line with his vision and the Group’s strategic direction of creating independently governed companies with separate Chairpersons and Managing Directors.

The Board has appointed Mr. Dinesh Kumar Lal, an existing Director on the Board, as the Chairman of Allcargo Logistics Limited, which runs the Group’s domestic business across Express and Consultative Logistics.

Mr. Shetty will continue to serve as Chairman of Allcargo Global Limited, the Group’s international supply chain company with LCL, FCL and Air Freight as its core service offerings.
