CONCOR places order worth Rs 89.09 crore for 12 rakes of BLSS wagons

Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) has informed the stock exchanges that it has placed an order worth Rs 89.09 crore for the supply of 12 rakes of BLSS wagons with Brake Van Type BVCM from Jamalpur Locomotive Workshop, Eastern Railway, Munger, Bihar.

The order has been placed with the Chief Workshop Manager, Jamalpur Locomotive Workshop, Eastern Railway. The order value of Rs 89.09 crore includes GST, and the transaction is domestic in nature. CONCOR confirmed the order does not constitute a related party transaction and does not involve any promoter group interest.

The disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
