Edgistify has commissioned a 68,000 sq ft Grade A warehouse at IndoSpace’s logistics park in Luhari, Haryana, marking its third warehousing facility in the Gurugram region. The facility was announced on October 16, 2026, and is already processing orders for new and existing customers.

The expansion comes ahead of the 2026 festive season, when consumer brands typically experience a rise in order volumes. According to the company, its two existing facilities in the Gurugram region have reached full capacity, prompting the addition of warehouse space to accommodate growing inventory requirements.

Edgistify operates fulfilment services for more than 70 consumer brands. Its operations are designed to manage order volumes of up to 2.5 times normal levels during peak demand periods.

New warehouse to support multi-channel distribution

The Luhari facility will handle inventory for e-commerce websites, online marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms and modern trade through a shared inventory pool. This approach is intended to help brands distribute stock across multiple sales channels without maintaining separate inventory arrangements for each channel.

The expansion also addresses changing requirements from quick-commerce platforms, which increasingly require smaller business-to-business consignments delivered more frequently and within designated time slots. Meeting these requirements involves positioning inventory closer to demand and maintaining sufficient loading and unloading capacity to manage vehicle movements efficiently.

Umang Shukla, Co-founder and CEO of Edgistify, said the company’s existing warehouse capacity had struggled to keep pace with customer growth.

“Our brands have grown faster than our existing space could keep up with, and the festive season is when that pinch shows most,” said Umang Shukla, Co-founder and CEO, Edgistify. “We chose IndoSpace because they build some of the best warehouses in India. Luhari is run by the same team as our other sites, so for our customers it is simply more room in a network they already know.”

Warehouse management and technology integration

Edgistify will support brands using their own warehouse management systems, with its operations team managing warehouse activities. Customers without an existing system can use EdgeOS, the company’s in-house platform.

EdgeOS connects with the storefronts, online marketplaces and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems already used by brands. This integration is intended to support order fulfilment across sales channels while allowing businesses to retain their existing technology infrastructure.

Existing Edgistify customers can also transfer inventory to the Luhari facility without undergoing a fresh onboarding process with a new service provider.

The addition strengthens Edgistify’s warehousing capacity in the Gurugram region as consumer brands prepare for seasonal demand and seek fulfilment infrastructure capable of supporting multiple distribution channels.
