Prozo adds 30,000 sq ft facility to Kolkata network

Prozo has expanded its eastern India fulfilment network with a new 30,000 sq ft facility in Kolkata, taking its total fulfilment centres in the city to three. The expansion comes as organised retail, e-commerce and manufacturing continue to grow across the region, increasing demand for modern warehousing and faster delivery networks.

Located at Prospace Logistics Park in Serampore, West Bengal, the new facility offers access to Kolkata Port, NH-16, NH-19 and the Dankuni logistics hub. This connectivity is expected to help brands move goods efficiently across West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and the north-eastern states. The facility will support brands serving major wholesale and retail markets while improving outbound distribution across eastern India.

Prozo said the expansion is part of its strategy to add capacity closer to growing demand centres and build more flexible and resilient supply chains.

The Kolkata centre will follow the enterprise-grade standards used across Prozo’s national network. It will be supported by the company’s Control Tower technology, offering real-time inventory visibility, multi-channel order management and end-to-end operational monitoring. The facility will serve categories including FMCG, fashion and lifestyle, beauty and personal care, healthcare and consumer electronics, supporting both existing clients expanding in eastern India and new brands joining Prozo’s multi-client network.

Prozo works with brands including Reliance, TMRW, Tira, Traya, Minimalist, Beardo, Bata, Relaxo and VIP (Caprese), among others.
