PSA International and Granite Asia have launched a US$50 million strategic innovation fund focused on technologies for ports, logistics and global supply chains.

The G&P Strategic Innovation Fund will invest alongside Granite Asia’s existing funds in technology companies developing solutions for the movement of goods and the operation of complex trade ecosystems. The initiative comes as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics and automation are increasingly being applied across the global supply chain.

The fund will leverage PSA’s global port operations and industry expertise with Granite Asia’s technology investment capabilities. Its stated focus is to support technologies in moving from pilot projects to wider commercial and operational deployment.

The fund is part of a broader strategic partnership between PSA and Granite Asia covering technology insights, venture engagement, talent development and innovation partnerships.

PSA said the initiative also supports its broader AI strategy, which focuses on operational excellence, customer solutions, trusted data foundations, enterprise productivity and sustainability across its global network of port ecosystems.
